Morrison Foerster
Shai Kalansky is an associate in the Corporate Group of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office. His practice focuses on general corporate and transactional matters including cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kalansky also counsels employers regarding employment agreements, personnel policies, and discrimination claims before state and federal agencies.
Mr. Kalansky earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Kalansky is fluent in Hebrew and Spanish.
